HOW TO GET TO RABAT Visa: The visas are necessary for the following nationalities among the presents in our meeting: Algeria, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon and Syria; on presentation of the following documents in the nearest consular services: the passport, the stay or identity card, the information sheet to be filled into double specimens and 4 recent photographs of identity. For more information see: Moroccan ministry of the foreign affairs and co-operation Plane: Mohamed V International Airport of Casablanca (00 212 22 33 90 00) is located at 30 km on southern east direction far from the centre of Casablanca. The railway station of Mohamed V Airport is located in the Airport. The airport of Rabat receive flights coming from Paris. If you arrive by this destination, a Taxi of the Hotel will be awaiting for you at your arrival to the airport of Rabat-Salé to bring you to the Hotel in Rabat centre. Train: The ONCF (The Moroccan office of railways) ensures connection between Mohamed V International Airport of Casablanca and Rabat. If you arrive to Mohamed V Airport, take the "Train EXPRESS", which passes once each one hour, see the Train schedules below. The price from Mohamed V Airport station to your final destination "Rabat Ville" is about 80 dirhams (€ 8 more or less). There are two stations in Rabat. You have to go down in "Rabat Ville" station. Taxi: To go through the city, you can take the small Taxis identified by their colours (blue in Rabat and Red in Casablanca). The are relatively cheap and can not go out the city. A normal trip will cost some 10 dirhams (3 passengers maximum). Assure you that the clock of the Taxi is working correctly. The price is increased by 50 % during the night.

Meeting Location:
The meeting will take place in the Receptions & Conferences Centre (CAC) of
Rabat. A bus of the Moroccan
Ministry in charge of the Regional planning, Water and Environment will
ensure the transfers between the hotel and the CAC.
