A Community of Water and Energy in the Middle East

We at CITpax and IEMed are very much looking forward to see you in Barcelona for this meeting this coming Monday. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful process on this complex yet critical issue in the region. You will find attached the programme and the participants´ list for the meeting.

We have intentionally left the meeting quite open in format in order to permit maximum ¨brainstorming¨ in this early stage of the process. For your reference however,Find below the document related to a similar exercise in the past, a British (LSE) German-Czech initiative on "A Community of Energy, Water and Environment for the Middle East, North Africa and the European Union" that took place in Berlin in 2005.
