Event Tapping the Turn: an international conference on water's social dimensions

To be held in Canberra, Australia on Nov 15-16, 2012, this international conference seeks to tap the turn from those perceptions of water as a scientific element and exploitable ‘resource’ dominating water services provision, toward those acknowledging the social context within water is used, represented and controlled. More details about the conference can be found at www.tappingtheturn.org.
