MED Programme Seeking Two Project Evaluation and Monitoring Officers

The Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is looking to recruit two Project Evaluation and Monitoring Officers in the framework of the implementation of the "MED" transnational cooperation programme 2007-2013.

The Project Evaluation and Monitoring Officers will provide assistance to operators in the development of project proposals, guarantee an efficient evaluation process and monitor project operators in the management of approved projects. In particular, they will be in charge of matters linked to State aid and the participation of economic operators in MED projects.

They will be part of the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) transnational body held by the Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The main task of the JTS, in collaboration with the Managing Authority (MA) is the coordination, animation and promotion of the programme at at transnational level.

Key requirements for the job include fluency in English and French and a good knowledge of one other langauge of the programme area.
