Announcement on 13th Annual Scientific Conference of ICDDR,B, 8-11 February 2010
ICDDR,B is going to organize its 13th Annual Scientific Conference on 8-11 February 2010. The theme of the Conference is: Facing the Challenge of Climate Change.
ICDDR,B invites scientists, health professionals, programme managers, community organizers, and
policy-makers to take part in the Centre's 13th Annual Scientific Conference (ASCON XIII) going to be
held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh from 8 to 11 February 2010.
Interested persons are invited to submit abstracts to ascon13@icddrb.org, keeping the theme of the
Conference "Facing the Challenge of Climate Change" in mind.
This forum provides an opportunity to disseminate and share results of research, experience, and
lessons learnt from recent projects and programmes.
Enquiries regarding general information, visa, and accommodation should be directed to Ms Loretta
Saldanha (loretta@icddrb.org).
The last date of submission of abstracts is 30 November 2009.
