Egypt: Dr. Mohamed Abdel Motaleb new Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Motaleb has been nominated new minister of Water Resources and Irrigation in the new Egyptian government.
Dr. Abdel Motaleb was a general water director in the ministry as well as Director of Water Resources Research Institute (WRRI).
