Nature-based Solutions International Congress 2026: Call for Abstracts Now Open

SEMIDE, as networking leader of the CARDIMED project, will participate in the upcoming Nature-based Solutions International Congress 2026, taking place from 2 to 6 November 2026 in Paris, France.

Alongside sister projects ARCADIA, DesirMED and NATALIE, CARDIMED will contribute to the Scientific Conference organised by SOLU-BIOD and NetworkNature through the accepted scientific session:

Session #22 — “Reconnecting cities and peri-urban areas with nature: the role of Nature-based Solutions.”

The session will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, cities, and stakeholders working on innovative Nature-based Solutions (NbS) across the Mediterranean region and beyond. Discussions will focus on the role of NbS in strengthening climate resilience, reconnecting urban and peri-urban environments with nature, and promoting more sustainable and adaptive territories.

Researchers and practitioners are warmly encouraged to submit abstracts and contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experiences on Nature-based Solutions.
