SEMIDE at the Circle the Med Forum 2026

SEMIDE  is participating in the 9th edition of Circle the Med Forum, held from 19 to 21 May 2026 in Athens, Greece, under the theme “A New Pact for a Sustainable Mediterranean Future.” The event brings together policymakers, researchers, public authorities, businesses and civil society representatives to discuss key challenges and opportunities for the sustainable development of the Mediterranean region.

Representing SEMIDE, Eric Mino will contribute to the “Green Living areas institutional policy dialogue on energy and water communities”  session. Circle the Med has become an important platform for fostering dialogue and collaboration among Mediterranean stakeholders. This year’s programme includes discussions on climate resilience, circular economy, biodiversity, sustainable tourism, energy transition and financing mechanisms supporting environmental action.

SEMIDE’s participation reflects its continued commitment to strengthening cooperation and supporting initiatives that promote sustainable water and environmental management across the Mediterranean region.
